I just finished reading the unbelievable Holy Blood, Holy Grail (Wikipedia page here and scathing disinformation review here) a book about a secret society, the French monarchy, and early Christianity as well as the basis for Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code. Absolutely fascinating, and I wish every Christian I know (especially the ones that, despite their open-mindedness, think I'm going to hell for not believing what they do) would read it and be able to get something out of it, though I'm sure that it would be an eye opener and a page turner for just about anyone who's curious about what really might have gone on, and what still might be going on right now.

Jason discovers The Killers, as I did when we were in San Fracisco a few months ago. I went and stood in front of the Mercury lounge a month ago and waited until they were done to get in, then failed at trying to talk my way into an industry show the next night, but last night, V spotted a guy walking around with a ticket and after paying face value for the ticket, I saw them. It's been years since I've liked a band so much so quickly and their short set was well worth the price of admission. If you haven't checked them out, please do so.

I've been playing around with this new design for a while, mostly in my head, and I'm still amazed after yet another redesign, how quick and easy they are.
