iPhone 4 lineup starts in Texas at my old place of employment. I don't even know when the 4G iPhone is arriving but it isn't for a while and this guy *still* probably won't get one.

Marty Markowitz Will Strip To Shorts If City Doesn't Open Pool. Like it says on a comment on Yelp's review of this pool, it *is* one of Brooklyn's best kept secrets. I did a lot of riding out to the pool in Red Hook until a surreptitious conversation sent me this pool's way. Way closer to mine and way less crowded. I'm with Marty - open it up (but keep it on the DL).
The 100 Best Films Of World Cinema ("The greatest films not in the English language...") a kind of irritating list, as all movie lists are. No Haneke? No Greenaway? No Lust, Caution? (Actually, I'm not surprised, I am the only person in the world who thought this was a great movie.)
Y tu mama tambien but not Amores Perros? Whatever. I've seen 22 of them (though 3 were counted as one [the Red, White and Blue trilogy]) and three more if you count American remakes. There are almost that many that are waiting in my Netflix Queue. I'm way behind.
