Trump casino group in bankruptcy; if the Trump Plaza Hotel, where I stayed over Labor Day weekend last year, was half as nice as the Courtyard Marriot where I stayed while skiing at Sno Mountain this past weekend, perhaps this wouldn't have happened.
My trusty 12" Powerbook I use every single day, whose fifth birthday is in April, has officially become obsolete. The 8 or 9 year old Cube my mom uses every day may also be obsolete, as are the couple other working ones I still have. I used to be way into them.
A container house; I love container houses, but this one is made from containers manufactured expressly for building houses, which makes it stupid from a container perspective but great from a prefab perspective. I would go one way or the other (Adam Kalkin or Marmol Radziner, not somewhere in between.
